The creative youth are a young generation, who often do a dialogue. Hold a dialogue on by the society, culture, and history, in order we could get a valuable lesson, know anything that has been reached and unreached, what is eventually needn’t to be done and the exactly needed etc. having a dialogue by the culture, in order we could know the source of society cultures.

In oxford advanced learners dictionary, give a limitation that an intellectual is depicted as the people who has or show a reasoning power well, and interested to the things of mind. Therefore, they want and able to do a big change or “Quantum Jump” in the historical change of human being not only “the group of usual youth”. Around the society or nation, there are many groups of human being couldn’t be satisfied on the existence of period. But not all of humans capable in guiding his self, because among the group of humans always appear a bed feeling (Gap) which is caused by “ability” and “experience”. A.N. Whithead said;

“A thing which becomes a tragedy in this world, they whom are clever in creating a few of his experiences and who are weak in creating his experiences, The crazy boys act on creation without knowledge; the arrogant Man act on experience without a creation. The duty of university is combining both of them, between creation and experience”.

A small part of creative man, who wants to change this period to build up a new civilization by the newly structure? They are just an educated youth or who are near with the young generations. So only today’s youth who would be the hope of tomorrow, that would brighten the future of Indonesia. B.J. Habibie said “an Excellency human” is the human being who has “Added Mark”, they are Indonesians who has a belief and faith (Imtak) and also who has an Excellency in science and technology (Iptek).

The soul of leadership which grow up around Indonesian, especially some leaders and youths are those things that they have to get, in order appear a leader and leadership such as a clean, clear, and healthy water, that could suburb the civilization which he built and make the society healthy, wealthy, and wise in the future. About the leader of B.J.Habibie explained:

“A leader, wherever he stayed, must act like a “source of water” that flow the clean and nutritious water, so that all of life around it could be opened and developed. The attitude such as “source of water” that flow up a poison would make the life around it death”.

Since the beginning of Indonesia Country was established, until the reformation era. The youth have given their big sacrifice for this nation and society. Because, Youth is the main element shake the change.” In History, we found that youth is the symbol of spirit, desire, initiative, pioneer, braveness, and all kinds of attitudes that has gotten in touch with young peoples who has a faith and belief to support highly the rightness for his self and for the sake of nation.

A leader, is he a youth or no? The most importance, he must have an intellectual power in order able to combine the change that occurred in the middle of society for building up his civilization. For this instance needed a comprehension of culture, system of developed culture. It means, the leader must understand, realize, and sensitive on the values of culture which could adhere around the society, in order the change can be actualized by “sense of dream” which adhered in the developed culture.

Every human being was born in purity. A baby was born such as a white paper. The parents as educator from an educated central in their house, How to write on paper? They study and follow time to time and period to period so that make developing with suitable education with norm in society. And as responsibility about it’s education institute, between educators and educated.

The Urgency of education development for individual capability and society

Education and teaching make up the important for potential development, especially for Muslim society, because Islam was obligated all mankind for seeking knowledge in order to be good generation “Mutafaqqih fid din” by keeping on Islamic religion.

By education, civilities of human being could get development and always

Schools become to take sport and training to strong physically or education social for subservience society until consist of sensitivity and responsibility social. In order that become to complete, this can develop individually they will be useful for their selves and their society. They will give contribution in paint future humanity.

Before period Prophet Muhammad was born to this world familiar with period of Jahilia (stupidest period). May be you will have question on your brain, why does the period familiar with period of Jahilia? Thought the civilizations this period had developed and the society had known writing and reading many times ago? Mean of this statement is society life without regulation of obligatory and freedom unlimited. As the result from this characteristics there ware not different of law such like murder and obsequies of daughter by their parents, because of weak account shame.

But this incident was not old continued after the messenger of Allah was born on the earth, he is Muhammad SAW. Slow but sure is the method our prophet to change the Jahilia society become people who always faithfully to Allah almighty. By patience fully he had proselytized Islam religion and sacrifice such material matter and soul become its bad never wish comeback. main point topic in my article but I more interesting why the most people celebrated the birthday of prophet Muhammad tendency to party and never take advantage from this celebration become my topic in this article.

Recently most people celebrated the birthday of prophet Muhammad by party together and make simple competition such like run marble(lari kelereng) and run in gunny(lari dalam karung) as usual. May be if we stare in view moment its okay to held and there is not something in this activity. But if this moment always happened every year so what the advantage we will able to get after that? The answer is nothing from advantage we can get from this activity. And the second question such this good Muslim to thank to their prophet who had become hero in Islam history? May be the heathen will laugh see our method to thank to our prophet thought they are very price their prophet. The most Muslim in this world misunderstanding in birthday of Prophet Muhammad celebration, they always think how to make party and simple competition for celebrating our prophet’s birthday and they don’t think anymore what the attitude is after.

As real Muslim we have to brilliant in placing a case for instances, what for we go to school everyday? Maybe we never go to school if we didn’t know the aim of the school. Of course after we knew the aim going to school is just for studying and getting any knowledge and to reach our dream in future time. And also same with why do we need to celebrate the birthday of Prophet Muhammad? Beside making party and simple completion for celebration the main point how can we take advantage from this celebration for instance we must take example from personal description of prophet Muhammad and for reflection in our life and contemplate what we have done last time ago, so how to repair our life therefore our life will be more meaningful for future time. Finally as human being our first duty is remaining each other because human being always forget and false in their daily activity. The qualities that have shown by alumnus, Pesantren can be reflection to the other institutes, moreover by its special charismatic in spiritual area (religious), it is so suitable to be foundation and example. But it is not enough by that one, pesantren by its education’s system that arrange professionally did create the alumnus who is not cleaver in spiritual areas only, but also alumnus who has strong soul in aspect of social existence, so that in this areas Pesantren show its potential on social’s surface. Pesantren has behavior to trains its students or santri in vertical connections (religious) and also in horizontal connections (socialism) to reach development of soul that needs to repairing and convincing. Beside technology’s development and globalism pesantren also try to be flexible, follows technology’s development and globalism on the foundations of norm’s Islam. Perhaps by technology’s development and globalism can make easier to Pesantren in progress educations and stile of its educations, or even it can increase the creativities that support the shape and foundations of soul. Pesantren still exist to reach the development in order can gives the best to its students, and also Pesantren exist to develop Islamic soul in every areas of this district as special destination.

That all the efforts in order to reach the existence of Islamic souls, but lets we see and think for a moment about opinion from societies to Pesantren recently, pesantren appointed as provocation and creator of terrorists, the center of misled, and even appointed as source of the liberal doctrine. Exactly just simple to deny it, the students who study in the pesantren, not all of the students who can reach success as their dream, they are not all be scholar or be everything that can make them self so famous in their live. we have to conscious that pesantren just the place that try to brings students to the right ways, and repair the students who need the repairing on the student’s privacy, and of course those all are not release from basics and Islam foundations. Pesantren just the place that “try” to brings students to the right ways, we have to sign “try” that has general meaning and also unclear meaning, it can succeed, fail, or between both of them.

In its orientation, exactly pesantren like the hospital, it cure the patients well, serve well, according what the patients need, but although just like that, it is not guarantee on patients healthy, there are three points that be sure to be reality on the patients, (first) the patients will be cure and health, (second) or the patients still on the situate way without the development on their healthy, (third) or even the patients more feel injure than before. It is not different with pesantren, the points just now are there too in the pesantren, these points become the reality too in pesantren, students face the development on their souls, or students just still on the place without development and repairing on their souls, or even more than it all, the students face the decrease on their souls and their moral, just like it that will patients face. It is will be reality too in pesantren, just its application that different with hospital, but in the interpretations those all are same.

We have to know, why those points can be reality, just one particular that become reasons, it is “the sincerity”, it is the key in this problem, perhaps the students who did not get anything in pesantren or even they become someone who misled, they have not sincerity when they face educations, finally they wont to know what are there around them, so that it make them there does in vain. Or with insincerity just now, the students do something that can brings them to the wrong ways and dangers thing, and it has the possibility to opens dark ways.

Behind it all, lets conscious again that pesantren just place with its effort to make the students better than before, of course in goodness areas. So that it’s still on expectation to repair the souls in pesantren.

The change Dzulhijjah to Muharram became signature the New Year in Islam, as we have known before it counted since our prophet Muhammad SAW moved (hijjrah) from Mecca to Madinah, so that most of people give Hijjriah as the name to mention it. Gradually, without realized the inhalation of breath have been coming in to the our nurse, the bit of heart have been decorating in our body, and beauty of the five senses can explain to us what a beautiful it is (world)!, those all that made us existed perfectly to enjoy the anything in this earth. But behind it all sometime we fall asleep by the its beautiful, even we forgot with our obligations, until we forgot too who the creator of anything (Allah SWT). Na’udzubillahi min dzalik, may Allah SWT always bless us and we are not in circle of careless. Amien…

In the application side, new year in Islam has difference with most of people generally to make application on it, which leaning to the anything that decorated by useless, and for satisfy only, for example trumpet puff, party, look for the place that so full by entertainment and even some actions that appoint to the bad ways, such as drug, drinks the alcohol, fighting and so on. Without realizing, what the meaning for it all, but the clearly those all just for desire with Satan behind it, Satan uses this moment (New Year) to persuade the humans to do anything like those all above.

In Islamic doctrine, Islam never command to show something that decorated by useless or ineffectual such as party, drug and so on just now, but Islam command to leaning to the contemplation and introspection in our self, usually shown by characteristic in circle Islamic doctrine, such as Khatmul Qur’an, reading the dzikir to Allah SWT and salawat to prophet Muhammad SAW together, and some actions that same with it.

Contemplation and introspection are in our self just for thinking, remembering what we have done for last year. Begin for our mistakes that appear from our weakness as the human being with the result we disobedient what Allah SWT command and prohibit to us, also begin for the happiness that ever we felt before as the blessing from Allah SWT, and also contemplate and introspect to the our achievement that ever we achieved before.

We must turn around to the back side, with the question for our self, how many mistakes that we have done before as the disobedient to Allah SWT? Did we say thank to our god for His bless that He has been giving to us up to now? And we have to know, He (Allah) never think to ask the reply for his bless to us, and what did we get (achievement) for long a year? If those questions answered, so automatically it will make appearance to always ask the apologize for all mistakes that have done before, appearance to always say thank for the blessing that received before until it can not count by the nominal in numbers and for the achievement that ever reached before to the our god Allah SWT.

After it all, we will have motivations to repair our self better than before. For example to repair the self concept to avoid negative things because it indeed bad ways and proper to avoid it, and also try persevering to reach achievement better than before because the achievement before is still minimum.

Yes, this is Islam in New Year application; there is not the particular of party, trumpet, or what anything in circle of ineffectual and just for satisfy for a moment. But contemplation and introspection that becomes the particulars in Islamic year as foundations to approach our self to Allah SWT.

The first before friendship, let’s we think how to faith the life, when we just alone in this world without anything around us! Of course we will find something wrong on it, we can take example from the story our first prophet Adam when he was in the heaven billions centuries ago, he felt so confuse, why was he created lonely? But after Siti Hawa created By Allah, his life different than before, perhaps Adam does not feel lonely again, so it is the proof that everything needs the other.

Friendship is the relation or interaction between one person and the other person, this is special for human being, there are some old man said in the small market while drink the coffee “who have many friends, his face will be baby” after that they laugh together, it’s mean that the persons who have many friends, they will be baby, we did know baby, everyone loves baby, and also when baby want to something, for example: baby want to buy toys, directly mother will buy toys for her baby, and anything else what baby want, when baby cries, mother will make baby happy, smile, and stop from crying, same with someone who has many friends, when he feels lonely, his friends will accompany him, when he needs money, he will easy to get that money, cause his friend will lend him, when he fall to the difficult thing, he will easy to over come his problem, cause he can share his problem to the his friend how the solve of that problem, there are many positive thing that we will get from friendship. Our life will be peaceful by friendship, because we have not the enemy, and there are many people love us, so that please life by friendship, we can sign someone who has not wealth, but he always in happiness, without sadness or feel something that be load for him, why he always in happiness? The answer because he has many friends who can entertain him to be happy, so that although his friends come from poor man, happiness and peaceful will come automatically, for example we are the poor man, but we have many friends which everyday we always gathering with them, we sure that, although we do not eat, we will feel full, because of that gathering, as we have heard what did Slank (Grub band) say in his song “Makan ga’ Makan asal Ngumpul” that sentence is true, because we always gathering with our friends, we will forget on our self, whether we are sick, hungry we will forget it all. We just can to ask “how can it be?” the answer perhaps it is the magic from friendship.

By friendship we can make circle (discussion) that has good impact, but before going to the good impact, let’s we think together the process of discussion as the progress to the goodness by friendship, we can share about everything, such as: how the information around us, how the information of our lesson in the class, and how to be able to answer the question in our class (for students), so it will help in areas of knowledge, it can support our knowledge, and from this statement we can say the friendship will make us be clever.

Our prophet Muhammad SAW, ever said in his prophetic tradition “if you want to enlarge your wealth, please connect your relationship or friendship” from this statement Allah will enlarge our wealth, if we always make relationship to the other, we can realize that when we faith many relationship, we will be easy to get something that become our necessary, but we must be careful, we must choose someone that really suitable for us, in order when he become our friends, he will guide us to the valley that have many peaceful and abundance lesson for us.

Welcome to Pioneer English Club (P.E.C) where you can continue on the road of success in learning English and your life. At P.E.C we know that success means many things and involves for more than just earning what we deserve. We have designed our programs, both inside and outside the classroom to help you grow and be successful in every area of life; Academically, Financially, Socially, and Spiritually.

At P.E.C, by uncountable support and motivation of KGRE (Kang Guru Radio English) we make sure you can get both.

Pioneer English Club (P.E.C) is the first English club at Al-Amien Boarding School. Founded in 1998 AD, that why we named this club by Pioneer English Club, we are Pioneer, we are the first and the greatest club among any other clubs in this Islamic Institution. In this club students are encouraged to start making plans for their professional future early on their studies, the directors; advisors and teachers help them to find opportunities to explore future professions and educational options. The club becomes better and greater gradually with about 500 members (male and female) from all over classes and members of Zeal Connection Club around Madura Island.

» FACILITIES

21 acre Campus with 27 buildings, library, instructional media centre with television studio, extensive computer laboratory work helps students to reinforce their written skills while developing valuable technical proficiencies as the students live in the information age where they need to know how to use computer, they need to know how to communicate via e-mail, how to access information on the internet and how to surf the worldwide, that why we provide this extensive computer facilities. The formal academic instruction includes 15 hours of supervised training each week, students learn listening and speaking English in language laboratory work to strengthen students' abilities to use sounds and structure of their English skills. Pioneer English Club provides Study Club in small classes geared to their individual abilities and needs; these small classes are provided to help them to learn more seriously and effectively.

» LEVEL OF COURSE

Course are available in five levels; Pre-Beginner, Beginner, Pre-Elementary, Elementary and Advanced. Members' schedules and programs vary depending on their abilities, they have to pass on enrollment test after registration for these levels, and the enrolled student who has passed the enrollment test must register in accordance with the suitable level based on his/her enrollment test value.

» PROGRAM

Members of Pioneer English Club receive the support of individual tutorials, professional tutor’s help students succeed in their regular courses. A tutor who specializes in particular subject (Speaking, Writing, or Grammar) will be assigned to meet individually with the students for an hour each week for each course. In addition to these individual course tutorials, students enjoy the extraordinary support of review sessions, learning strategy, pre- formal test, individual consultation and many other features, tutorials and all support services are included.

Regular testing and performance evaluation assure maximum achievement, and tutorial assistance is provided for those who need additional help. A variety of extracurricular activities are held each week on Campus and students encouraged attending and practicing their English outside the classroom. What is involved in this program that prepares P.E.C members for success in English language study? Basically two things; Studying English formally inside the classroom and learning all aspects of English as foreign language informally outside the classroom.

Pioneer English Club has had many years of experience in providing educational programs for students, formal and informal programs, we divided the programs into three categories; Weekly programs (training of speech, diary writing, conversational practice, debate, discussion, listening to Kang Guru Radio English every Sunday, listening to RASDA FM on Bina Bahasa Inggris and other learning programs, ect), Biweekly programs (publishing Generation bulletin, a lot of game and competition, wall magazine ect) Monthly programs (listening to guest speaker, drama show, English demonstration/ encouragement,)and Annual programs (seminar, workshop, music festival, comparative study/ study tour, recreation/ cultural experience, ect).

Students schedule vary depending on their interests and abilities. Students in Pioneer English Club are encouraged to take some general requirements right away before participating in P.E.C Academic Calendar while they are developing basic language skills, like enrollment, pre-test review, pre-test, physical and mental test. Other standardized tests of English language ability will also be considered to participate in P.E.C Academic Calendar, as the following:

» APPLICATION

You may obtain application form for registration by contacting contact person and contact detail or Pioneer English Club office listed on this mini-profile. The deadline for receipt of application forms and all supporting documents is December for January entry and March for entrance in the following July.

Students accepted for the January term may begin classes at the end of January after enrollment test and for they who accepted for July may begin at the end of July. Students accepted for admission must indicate their intention to attend by returning application form and enrollment deposit/ fee of 50.000,- Rupiah.
