The creative youth are a young generation, who often do a dialogue. Hold a dialogue on by the society, culture, and history, in order we could get a valuable lesson, know anything that has been reached and unreached, what is eventually needn’t to be done and the exactly needed etc. having a dialogue by the culture, in order we could know the source of society cultures.
In oxford advanced learners dictionary, give a limitation that an intellectual is depicted as the people who has or show a reasoning power well, and interested to the things of mind. Therefore, they want and able to do a big change or “Quantum Jump” in the historical change of human being not only “the group of usual youth”. Around the society or nation, there are many groups of human being couldn’t be satisfied on the existence of period. But not all of humans capable in guiding his self, because among the group of humans always appear a bed feeling (Gap) which is caused by “ability” and “experience”. A.N. Whithead said;
“A thing which becomes a tragedy in this world, they whom are clever in creating a few of his experiences and who are weak in creating his experiences, The crazy boys act on creation without knowledge; the arrogant Man act on experience without a creation. The duty of university is combining both of them, between creation and experience”.
A small part of creative man, who wants to change this period to build up a new civilization by the newly structure? They are just an educated youth or who are near with the young generations. So only today’s youth who would be the hope of tomorrow, that would brighten the future of Indonesia. B.J. Habibie said “an Excellency human” is the human being who has “Added Mark”, they are Indonesians who has a belief and faith (Imtak) and also who has an Excellency in science and technology (Iptek).
The soul of leadership which grow up around Indonesian, especially some leaders and youths are those things that they have to get, in order appear a leader and leadership such as a clean, clear, and healthy water, that could suburb the civilization which he built and make the society healthy, wealthy, and wise in the future. About the leader of B.J.Habibie explained:
“A leader, wherever he stayed, must act like a “source of water” that flow the clean and nutritious water, so that all of life around it could be opened and developed. The attitude such as “source of water” that flow up a poison would make the life around it death”.
Since the beginning of Indonesia Country was established, until the reformation era. The youth have given their big sacrifice for this nation and society. Because, Youth is the main element shake the change.” In History, we found that youth is the symbol of spirit, desire, initiative, pioneer, braveness, and all kinds of attitudes that has gotten in touch with young peoples who has a faith and belief to support highly the rightness for his self and for the sake of nation.
A leader, is he a youth or no? The most importance, he must have an intellectual power in order able to combine the change that occurred in the middle of society for building up his civilization. For this instance needed a comprehension of culture, system of developed culture. It means, the leader must understand, realize, and sensitive on the values of culture which could adhere around the society, in order the change can be actualized by “sense of dream” which adhered in the developed culture.
“They are an idealism, patriotic, discipline, independent, and want to continue studying while work hard, always makes a dialogue alone and around his environment, so sensitive, his soul often be worried, unsatisfied by the usual condition, and happy on spiritual things”.
